To start a return, contact us at help@karatskin.com and we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

The return amount of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Wrong Address: If your delivery address is wrong or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours to have it corrected. If your package was delivered to the wrong address due to your address being incomplete, there will be a $6.99 fee to reship your package.

Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivery confirmation but you have not received your package, please allow a few extra days for the package to arrive before contacting us. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
